General Faqs of cars rental :How do i book the cars?Just contact us and tell us how many days do you want to rent the cars and our staff will be happy to assist you.
How are base rate calculated?The rates are based on starting in the morning till after Dinner usually 12 - 13 hour rental per day.
What does base rate mean?Base rate is the total cost of rental including driver and gasoline not including Personal accident insurance, parking, toll fees, driver accommodations if you rent the car out the city, optional items (child seats, navigational systems, additional driver, coverages, etc.) and Out of hours charges.
Do all vehicles have air conditioning?Yes, all the cars should be with air conditioning.
Are there any hidden charges?No. As long as you perform as reserved, the rates will be as reserved.
Do you provided driver with special language?No, all the driver can only speak in Indonesia language.
Is the car rented without driver?No. All of the cars we offered are with driver. We don't offer the cars rental without driver or tour guide.
I've made my booking - What happens next?Upon receipt of your reservation and your vehicle is confirmed we will send you a confirmation by return eMail.
If we decide to rent the cars, then how can I pay you ?A deposit of 50% of the rent is payable at the time of booking confirm.
This deposit prepayment can be made by direct wire transfer to our bank account or you can pay online through Pay Pal Payment secure, Pay directly by Credit Card and these methods are safe and secure.
Note : All bank charges are the responsibility of the sender.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?In the event of a delay, if you have already provided us with your flight details then we will to track this. In the event of a cancellation, please advise our team as soon as possible, as we will need to cancel the cars rental. Failure to notify us will result in charges.
What is the cancellations fees policy for car rental?If you want to cancel your booking, you must advise us in writing by email or by fax : +62411872397 in a Min. 4 days before the date of arrival. The letter must be signed by the lead name on the booking and once we receive it you should expect to receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours.
No Cancellation Fees if written cancellation notice is received in 4 days and if you send your cancellation in 3, 2 or 1 day days before the date of arrival then we will result full payment.
