When is the best time to visit Indonesia and others place interest ?
You can visit Indonesia all the year around, but as you've probably known that there is a rainy season and a dry season in Indonesia. The dry season is between Mid March and end of November. The rainy season is between December and March. This doesn't mean that you can't visit Indonesia during the rainy season ! The chance is higher to get rain in the rainy season.
How do you arrange a Trip to Indonesia ?
First you may check out some of our suggested-package tours as your choosed or you can send us your preference package and will be able to arrange your very individual holiday. The schedule and the price of the whole trip will be sent to you by e-mail promptly. Study it very carefully and tell us where you want some changes to be made.
What are the Accommodations used in your Tour Packages ?
You have a wide variety of choices. We always provide accommodation with Middle class.
What is Included in your Tour Packages ?
The rate that will be given to you includes all land-transportation and accommodation during your trip, entrance fees, Guide fees, Donations. Fullboard is provided in some of our specialized package tours but if you would prefer to have a half board (Breakfast & Dinner or Breakfast & Lunch), it can also be arranged so.
How do I contact Your Office from outside of Indonesia ?
One of our staff will be happy to assist you. Please e-mail us and you will get replay email in few hours to 24 hours (excluding Saturday & Sunday, Eve & Public Holidays).
When are E-mails Answered ?
Communication via e-mail has become common place in today's world. We always recognizes the importance of responding in a timely fashion to a Customer's question or request for information. We have established minimum standards on responding to e-mails to ensure that all customer inquiries or questions are answered quickly and efficiently. We are committed to answering all customer service e-mails within 24 hours of receipt. In most cases, e-mails will be answered within several hours after your message has arrive in our e-mail box.
Do you sell Hotel Room ?
Yes, we also can serve reservations of hotel room in Indonesia, eg Jakarta, Bali, Bandung, Makassar, Toraja, Surabaya, Kendari, Manado, Padang, Medan and Others; Dissimilar district in Indonesia at the price of competing.
What sort of vehicle do you proivide in your package tours ?
A private Fully Air-Conditioned Minibus or fleets of comfort private minibus or coach.
Is there any other passangers in the same vehicle we are using ?
No, There will be no other passengers. It is a private arrange.
If we decide to go with your tours, then how can I pay you ?
A deposit of 50% from the total Invoice is payable at the time of booking Confirm.
This deposit prepayment can be made by direct wire transfer to our bank account or pay online through Paypal payment secure *
Note : All bank and Paypal charges are the responsibility of the sender.

If by force, I have to cancel our Trip, any refund from our deposit payment ?
If you want to cancel your booking, you must advise us in writing by email or by fax : +62411872397 in a Min. 5 days before the date of arrival. The letter must be signed by the lead name on the booking and once we receive it you should expect to receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours.
No Cancellation Fees if written cancellation notice is received in 5 days and if you send your cancellation in 3, 2 or 1 day days before the date of arrival then we will result full payment.
How do I pay the balance payment ?
The balance payment must be paid at minimun 5 (five) working days before the date of arrival or Cash on Arrival.
If I intend to pay you in Rupiahs, how much is your exchange rate ?
Based on the daily exchange rate.
Are taxes added to your tour prices ?
No, Not at all ! Unlike most of the other tours and travel agents. We don't add a tax on our Tour Quoted Prices (absolutely no other hidden fees except our real Tour quoted Prices!), except Tip for Guide, Driver, Bellboy and Airport porter.
Are there any hidden extras?
No hidden extra charge, unless specified in the REMARKS
Do I need to take out Travel Insurance?
Yes, we strongly recommended you to take insurance in your place.

How do I reserve my hotel room ?
First you may check out some of our suggested hotels or us your choosed, then email us to asking the valid price, and others your request. One of our staff will be happy to assist you to reply all your requests within a few hours or 24 to 48 hours (this time may be longer during high season, weekends, festival periods or special events) (excluding Saturday & Sunday, Eve & Public Holidays).
What happens when I make a reservation ?
All reservations will be followed up within a few hours with emails to confirm your booking or suggest to you alternative solutions if the hotel has been fully booked.
What sort of acknowledgement will I receive when I book a hotel room ?
When you was made a reservation then we will send the booking confirmed (by email and SMS if you request so), to inform you about your detail reservations.
What is a CONFIRMATION VOUCHER?
Once your booking confirmed and after receive your down payment, we will send you, by email, a confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation. Printout the this voucher to be kept and presented at the time of your check-in. Make sure to have it in hand upon arrival.
How will I know when my reservation is confirmed ?
We will send you a confirmation by email or send you a message by SMS (Short Message System) to your mobile phone if you request so during the reservation process.
Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly ?
No. The Confirmation Voucher printed from the confirmation mail is all you need.
How long does it take to get a confirmation ?
A few hour after we receive your booking by email or SMS (excluding Saturday & Sunday, Eve & Public Holidays).
If the hotel that I selected is not available ?
You will be notified via an e-mail (within a few hours to 24 hours after placing your order) and you will not be charged. We will do our best to suggest to you an alternative hotel.
Can I specify my room preferences (preferred floor, non smoking room,...) ?
If special requests are accepted by the lodging, a section will appear on the Reservation Form to insert such requests and submit them to the hotel. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they depend only on the hotel availability.
